【獎學金公告】114學年度各項優秀學生相關獎項申請暨推薦通知 Nomination Guidelines for Student Awards – 114th Academic Year
隨信檢送本校114學年度「金鑰獎」、「應屆優秀畢業學生獎勵」及「中華民國斐陶斐榮譽學會推薦榮譽會員」相關選薦辦法，請各系所於115年2月26日(星期四)下班前將受薦學生相關資料送院彚辦。
※此通知為本院提前作業之期程，屆時如有異動，將依學務處正式公告為準。※
一、金鑰獎：(大學部) (2個表格：推薦名冊、甄選表)
1.各學院於應屆畢業生中，品學特優者，每一學系(學士學位學程)每屆得甄選一人(有雙班之各系可選拔兩名)。
(學業成績80分以上及操行成績85分以上且曾獲菁莪獎者)。
2.「推薦甄選表」請檢附在校期間成績單及菁莪獎證書影本送院彚辦。另請將甄選表及推薦名冊電子檔以email回傳院辦。
二、應屆優秀畢業生：(大學部) (4個表格：德智獎甄選表、德智獎統計表、服務獎甄選表、服務獎統計表)
1.德智獎：學業成績80分以上及操行成績85分以上者，單班推薦1名，雙班推薦2名。
2.服務獎：學業成績60分以上及操行成績85分以上者，每一學系 (學位學程)得各推薦1名。
3.「甄選表」請檢附在校期間成績單送院彚辦。另請將甄選表及推薦統計表電子檔以email回傳院辦。
三、斐陶斐：(大學部及研究所) (1個表格：會員名冊)
1.大學部：每院得推薦應屆畢業生1%，本院114學年度推估大學部畢業生人數381人，本院得推薦人數為4人。
請各系推薦至多1名並檢附在校期間成績單，本院將另召開會議甄選，擇優推薦送校。

Please find attached the nomination guidelines for the 114th academic year regarding the Golden Key Award, Outstanding Graduate Award, and Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor.
We kindly request that you submit all relevant documents to the College of Engineering by 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
※ This notification serves as an early preparation timeline for the college. Any adjustments will be subject to the official announcement from the Office of Student Affairs. ※
1. Golden Key Award (Undergraduate)
Required Forms: Nomination List, Selection Form (Both hard copies and electronic files are required.)
l Each department/program may select one outstanding student from each class. Departments with dual classes may select two students.
l Eligibility: Academic average score of 80 or above, conduct score of 85 or above, and must have received the Ching-O Award.
l The Selection Form must be submitted along with the student’s academic transcript and a copy of the Ching-O Award certificate.
2. Outstanding Graduate Award (Undergraduate)
Required Forms: Selection Form & Summary Table for both "Moral and Intellectual Excellence Award" and "Service Award" (Both hard copies and electronic files are required.)
l Moral and Intellectual Excellence Award
n Eligibility: Academic average score of 80 or above and conduct score of 85 or above.
n Each department/program may select one outstanding student from each class. Departments with dual classes may select two students.
l Service Award
n Eligibility: Academic average score of 60 or above and conduct score of 85 or above.
n Each department/program may select one student.
l The Selection Form must be submitted along with the student’s academic transcript to the college office.
3. Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor (Undergraduate & Graduate)
Required Form: Membership List (Both hard copy and electronic file are required.)
l Undergraduate
n Each college may recommend up to 1% of its graduating students. Based on an estimated 381 undergraduate graduates, the college may nominate four students.
n Each department/program may recommend up to one student and must submit the student’s academic transcript.
n A selection meeting will be held to finalize the recommended nominees for university submission.
l Master’s Program
n Each college may recommend up to 3% of its graduating students. Based on an estimated 413 master's graduates, the college may nominate 13 students.
n The allocation of recommendation quotas for each department is as follows:
u Civil Engineering: 2 students
u Mechanical Engineering: 3 students
u Environmental Engineering: 2 student
u Chemical Engineering: 2 students
u Materials Science: 2 students
u Precision Engineering: 1 student
u Biomedical Engineering: 1 student
n The nominated students’ academic transcripts must be submitted to the college office.
l Doctoral Program
n Each college may recommend up to 10% of its graduating students. Based on an estimated 25 doctoral graduates, the college may nominate three students.
n Each department may recommend up to one student and must submit the student’s academic transcript.
n A selection meeting will be held to finalize the recommended nominees for university submission.
