【國際處 OIA】2025春季班外籍學位生提名推薦開始 Degree-seeking Nomination Application Started
2025春季班外籍學生招生作業已開跑，重要時程如下:
- 提名推薦申請：2025年7月1日 ~ 9月10日 (限本校助理教授以上提出)
- 外籍生新生申請：2025年8月15日 ~ 9月30日
此封信主要目的，想請有招收春季班外籍新生的系所，協助向系上老師宣傳 "提名推薦"的機制：
▲申請資格: 需由本校專任助理教授以上提出。
▲申請流程: 老師至系統提出申請，經系所主管核可後，國際處將核發相關信件給學生，並提醒正式申請時間。
▲系統登入帳號密碼: 與興大單一簽入系統一致
▲預核可項目 (可複選): 本申請系統提供教師可選擇項目(可複選)包含:（1）興大外生獎學金之首年學雜費減免（2）推薦教授計畫經費津貼（3）雙聯獎學金。

*優質雙連獎學金請參考連結(第十一條第四項) :為鼓勵各院學術發展，各院擇定之優質雙聯合作校提名推薦之優秀學生於本校就讀雙聯學位期間，得予以學雜費全額減免，並依其就讀學位核予獎助金：碩士學位者每月六千元整，受獎期間一年，博士學位者每月八千元整，受獎期間二年。

受推薦學生仍必須於外生系統開放期間完成線上報名及上傳相關文件，未完成者將視同放棄入學資格。

This is Jun Huang from the OIA.
The 2025 Spring semester degree program application for international students has already started. Here is the important schedule:
- Nomination Application: 1st July ~ 30th September 2025 (only for assistant professors or positions above of NCHU)
- International Students Online Application System of Admission to NCHU: 15th August ~ 30th September 2025
▲Applicant Eligibility: Must be applied by a full-time assistant professor (or positions above) from NCHU.
▲Application Procedure: Fill out the information on the system. The system will automatically submit the application to the OIA after being reviewed by the head of the department.
▲Application System Account & Password: Same as NCHU Single Sign-On System.
▲Pre-approval Items (Multiple Choice): Pre-admission candidacy, (NCHU Scholarship) Full tuition waiver, and/or nominator provide extra subsidies personally, Outstanding students nominated by partner institutions for dual degree programs..

※Application Deadline: 2 weeks before the end of the NCHU Admission Application for Foreign Students (Spring Semester: 15th August ~ 30th September)
The nominees will still need to complete the online application procedure and submit all the required documents through the “International Students Online Application System of Admission to NCHU” in time (Spring Semester: 15th August ~ 30th September), otherwise, nominees’ eligibility will be revoked.
